1.Terms

By downloading or using search2go app, you are agreeing to be bound by search2go Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application. All materials contained in the application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Users are required to register with the Application. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to adjust user’s profile and their content if user breaches local or international laws. In case user adds any content (picture, comment, …) which does not adhere to the rules; we reserve the right to remove it immediately and without any notification.

Users are aware of their legal liability for the content information. We do not hold the legal responsibility of our users.

User shall not de-honest us and our good name in any way.

We reserve the right to delete any content added by users without any notification. All low quality content, content promoting 3rd parties or content which violates the terms and conditions will be removed.

Users shall not give their login credentials (username and password) to any other persons.

Company Manager & all users in the same company account can edit any information and this action it will be under their responsibility.

Only Company Manager is Responsible & authorized to delete information related to his company account.

User shall not exploit any errors on the page and is required to inform us about problems discovered using the contact form.

Our Services are not intended for distribution to or use in any country where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another country. We reserve the right to limit our Services in any country.

You agree not to use the App and the collected data in any way that:

• is unlawful, illegal or unauthorised;
• is defamatory of any other person;
• is obscene or offensive;
• infringes any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;
• is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
• is likely to disrupt our service in any way; or
• advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

2.License

a) Permission is granted to download one copy of search2go on your personal mobile for personal or commercial use.

User cannot use the same license on two different devices on the same time.
b) This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by search2go at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
c) The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to search2go.

3.Disclaimer

The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but search2go cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, search2go cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. While our staff will – of course – take all reasonable care to make sure nothing happens to your device, we don’t accept liability for damage to it, unless it’s caused by any negligence or willful misconduct by our staff.

4.Limitations

In no event shall search2go be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on search2go, even if Search2go has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some countries or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5.Upgrades

Search2go is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

At some point we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Search2go does not promise that it will always update the app, so that is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS/Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop publishing the app, and may terminate its use at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; and then you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

6.Security

It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device.

Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Application or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Application

It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that Search2go won’t work properly or at all.

7.Terms of Use Modifications

Search2go may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this app you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. Please be advised the Application is hosted in Lebanon. If you access the Application from the European Union, Asia, or any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in Lebanon, then through your continued use of the Application or Services, you are transferring your data to Lebanon, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in  Lebanon.
